Subsequent Events	NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In January 2019, the Company amended its existing lease for its Madison, Wisconsin research facility, which added an additional 13,000 square feet of laboratory space to the facility, and extended the term of the lease through September 2029. This additional space will accommodate increased research and development personnel and manufacturing capabilities for the Company’s expanding pipeline of current and future drug candidates. The initial term of the amended lease commenced on January 1, 2019 with expected occupancy of the additional space in mid to late 2019, after certain leasehold improvements have been completed.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
