[1] As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the future economic uncertainties, out of an abundance of caution, the Company’s Board of Directors had temporarily suspended the dividend on its common shares. In September 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors reinstated and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, which was paid on September 24, 2020, to shareholders of record on September 10, 2020.
