Subsequent Events [Text Block]	16. Subsequent Events See Footnote 3 to the Notes to the Company’s Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for return of escrow in connection with a §1031 reverse exchange subsequent to June 30, 2020. See Footnote 8 to the Notes to the Company’s Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for debt and financing transactions subsequent to June 30, 2020, including Term Loan payoff, Green Bond issuance and partial redemption of senior unsecured notes.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
