Real Estate Owned [Text Block]	4. Ground-Up Development The Company is engaged in ground-up development projects which will be held as long-term investments by the Company. The ground-up development projects generally have significant pre-leasing prior to the commencement of construction. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had in progress a total of four ground-up development projects, consisting of (i) two ground-up development projects located in the U.S., (ii) one ground-up development projects located in Mexico and (iii) one ground-up development project located in Chile.

The entire disclosure for real estate owned (as defined). Generally, the largest component of real estate owned by lenders is assets taken in settlement of troubled loans through surrender or foreclosure. Real estate investments, real estate loans that qualify as investments in real estate, and premises that are no longer used in operations may also be included in real estate owned.
