Subsequent Events	(10) Subsequent Events Management performed an evaluation of the Fund’s activity through the date the financial statements were issued, noting the following subsequent events: On July 6, 2023, our holding in $13.0 million in U.S. Treasury Bills matured and we repaid our margin loan. On July 26, 2023, we advanced Morgan an additional $0.2 million under its existing credit facility with the Fund.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
