SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM	NOTE 14 – SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM On May 4, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized up to $4 million for a share repurchase program for the Company’s outstanding stock which expires on December 31, 2022. During the nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company repurchased 1,683,160 shares of common stock for $2.5 million inclusive of commissions. These shares have been recorded as treasury stock on the Consolidated Balance Sheet.
