Intellectual Property	11. Intellectual property — Our intellectual property primarily consists of indefinite lived trademarks. We evaluate annually whether the trademarks continue to have an indefinite life. Trademarks and other intellectual property are reviewed for impairment annually in the fourth fiscal quarter, and may be reviewed more frequently if indicators of impairment are present. As of September 30, 2019, the carrying value of the intellectual property, which included indefinite-lived trademarks, was $1.3 million, and no impairment was identified or recorded.
