On July 25, 2019, Natus Medical Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's ticker symbol change to “NTUS” from “BABY”. Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin on Friday, July 26, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
