Subsequent Event

During the fourth quarter of 2014, we entered into a definitive agreement to purchase a privately-held domestic corporation that isengaged in the business of researching, developing and manufacturing transdermal patches and thin film, slow dissolve film, coated/non-woven film and other coated pharmaceutical and consumer products, for approximately $27 million. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
