On May 9, 2019, SpartanNash Company (the “Company”) issued an update to investors regarding its preliminary net sales and earnings results for the Company's 16-week first quarter and fiscal 2019 profit guidance. A copy of the update is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
