Discontinued Operations
Effective May 31, 2015, the Company completed the sale of Accent Marketing Services, L.L.C. for an aggregate selling price of $17,102, net of transaction expenses.
There were no discontinued operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016. Included in discontinued operations in the Company’s consolidated statements of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 were the following:
