NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Denbury Inc. and EMPF Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation became effective on Novemeber 02, 2023. Each share of Denbury Inc.'s Common Stock was converted to 0.840 of a share of ExxonMobil Corporation.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on November 02, 2023.
