NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. and Star Infinity Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. became effective on April 9, 2024. Each share of Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. Common Stock was exchanged for 2.6211 shares of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on April 09, 2024.
