NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Physicians Realty Trust and Healthpeak Properties, Inc. became effective before market open on March 1, 2024. Each Common Share of Beneficial Interest, $0.01 par value per share of Physicians Realty Trust was exchanged for 0.674 of a share of Healthpeak Properties, Inc. Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on March 01, 2024.
