Cash Dividend	Note 6 – Cash Dividend We declared and paid dividends of $0.28 per share totaling $8.7 million for each of the three months ended September 27, 2025 and September 28, 2024 and $0.56 per share totaling $17.5 million and $17.4 million for each of the six months ended September 27, 2025 and September 28, 2024, respectively. The declaration of future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, compliance with charter and contractual restrictions, and such other factors as the Board of Directors deems relevant. Our Credit Facility contains covenants that may limit, subject to certain exemptions, our ability to declare dividends and other distributions.
