Common Stock Repurchases	Common Stock Repurchases In January 2023, our Board of Directors increased the share repurchase authorization by $150.0 million, to an aggregate authorization of $228.0 million. In the three months ended February 29, 2024 and February 28, 2023, we repurchased and retired 0.4 million shares for $22.5 million and 0.3 million shares for $15.0 million, respectively. As of February 29, 2024, there was $171.5 million remaining under the current authorization. On March 1, 2024, the Company repurchased and retired 0.4 million shares for $25.0 million.
