Related Party Transaction	Related Party Transaction In February 2015, we entered into a license agreement with Emdeon Inc. (Emdeon) to provide Emdeon access to certain of our software. Philip M. Pead, our President and Chief Executive Officer, is a member of Emdeon’s board of directors. Upon deployment of the software in 2015, Emdeon will make a payment of approximately $0.4 million to Progress.
