Retirement Plan	Retirement Plan We maintain a retirement plan covering all U.S. employees under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Company contributions to the plan are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and totaled approximately $2.1 million, $1.9 million and $2.9 million for fiscal years 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
