Common Stock Repurchases	Common Stock Repurchases We repurchased and retired 10.3 million shares of our common stock for $237.4 million in the nine months ended August 31, 2013. The shares were repurchased as part of our Board of Directors authorized return of capital to shareholders in the form of share repurchases through December 31, 2013 of $360.0 million. No shares were repurchased in the nine months ended August 31, 2012.
