Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In October 2012, we entered into a definitive purchase and sale agreement to divest our Shadow product line to Rocket Software, Inc. Subject to customary closing conditions, the divestiture is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.
