Common Stock Repurchases	Common Stock Repurchases During the second quarter of fiscal 2012, in conjunction with the Plan, the Board of Directors authorized a $350.0 million return of capital to shareholders in the form of share repurchases through fiscal 2013. We did not repurchase any shares of our common stock in the six months ended May 31, 2012. We repurchased and retired 2,193,000 shares of our common stock for $64.9 million in the six months ended May 31, 2011 as part of a prior share repurchase program. The prior program was completed in fiscal 2011.
