A decline in shipments of BA-5390 batteries to the U.S. military was partially offset by higher commercial revenues and other military-related sales. The company reported an operating loss of $2.9 million for full year of 2005 compared to operating income of $5.1 million last year, reflecting lower gross margins associated with lower volumes.
