SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In connection with the termination of the lease agreement for the facility located at 35 Wilbur Street, Lynbrook, New York 11563 and the relocation of the Company’s headquarters to Wilmington, Delaware, the Company terminated certain of its employees and consultants (collectively, the “Terminated Employees”). The Company will pay a total of approximately $1.1 million in severance payments and benefits to the Terminated Employees.
