RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	11. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As described above in Note 11, the Tenant and the Landlord, Wilbur St. Corp. were parties to the Lease Agreement. The rent expense under the lease agreement was $120,000 and $135,000 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. As of December 31, 2014, there were no remaining related party transactions.
