14. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During both fiscal 2025 and fiscal 2024, the Company made consulting payments of $144,000 to Bioplastic Polymers LLC, an entity owned by Ramani Narayan, Ph.D., a director of the Company. Dr. Narayan provides certain consulting services to the Company relating to the Natur-Tec® business and bioplastics program.
