Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	15. INCOME TAXES Income tax expense for the three months ended November 30, 2020 was $378,590 compared to $264,066 for the same prior year period. The expense was largely due to foreign operations. The Company has federal and state tax credit carry forwards, net operating loss carry forwards and foreign tax carry forwards. The Company has recorded a full valuation allowance against the US deferred tax assets as of November 30, 2020.
