(AWI), due to the claimed inability of AWI to comply with certain contractual requirements in a timely fashion. The registrant is unable to determine the impact of this action prior to May 15, 1996, which is the last date of the prescribed time period for filing the registrant's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1996.
