Restructuring	8. Restructuring. The Company implemented a plan to restructure its operations in March 2012, including workforce reductions, salary adjustments and other cost-saving initiatives. As part of this restructuring plan, approximately 29% of the Company’s workforce was reduced. A restructuring charge of $373,000 was recorded during 2012. The Company recorded $93,000 of this charge within Cost of Sales, and $280,000 within Operating Expenses in the Company’s Statements of Operations. All amounts related to this restructuring had been paid by December 31, 2012.
