On March 1, 2011, the Company purchased a block of 27,608 shares of its common stock at $6.7466 per share pursuant to its Share Repurchase Plan.  As previously-announced, the Share Repurchase Plan authorizes the Company to purchase up to $15,000,000 of its common stock on or before January 31, 2012.
