Item 8.01.   Other Events.

 

The pre-trial status conference was held on May 4, 2010 in the lawsuit in United States District Court in Minneapolis, Minnesota, brought by Insignia Systems, Inc. (“Company”), against News America Marketing In-Store Inc. (“News America”), for violations of federal and state antitrust laws and unfair competition laws by News America.  At the conference, the Judge set December 6, 2010, as the starting date for the trial.  The Company expects that the trial will last between one and two months.
