On November 20, 2008, the Company purchased a block of 300,000 shares of its common stock at $0.90 per share pursuant to its Stock Repurchase Plan. As previously-announced, the Stock Repurchase Plan authorizes the Company to purchase up to $2,000,000 of its common stock on or before July 31, 2009.
