Subsequent Events On May 13, 2014, Paul Watson, Director, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and Secretary of the Company, resigned from all positions held with the Company, including as a director of the Company. Also on May 13, 2014, the Company appointed Wallace Browne as director, CEO and president to replace Mr. Watson.
