(b) On November 27, 2023, David Robinson resigned as executive vice president and general counsel of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (the "Company"), effective March 1, 2024. Mr. Robinson will continue as an employee of the Company in an advisory capacity through his retirement on March 31, 2024.
