Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 6, 2007, Mediware Information Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Exhibit 99.1 also includes information regarding the company's scheduled conference call to discuss the company's financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007. This information shall not be deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date of this report, regardless of any general incorporation language in the filing.
