The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 25, 2021. Represented at the meeting were 35,516,639 shares, or approximately 77%, of the Company’s 46,197,102 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting.
