Charges and Credits 2019 There were no charges or credits recorded during the first six months of 2019. 2018 During the second quarter of 2018, Schlumberger recorded a $184 million pretax charge ($164 million after-tax) associated with headcount reductions, primarily to further streamline its support cost structure. This charge is classified in Impairments & other in the Consolidated Statement of Income. There were no charges or credits recorded during the first quarter of 2018.
