Although the environment softened during the fourth quarter resulting in a revenue decline of 1% in constant currency, all brands recorded gross profit growth in constant currency. Gross profit margin of 18.2%, up 100 basis points year over year, reflects improving business mix and the continuation of permanent recruitment growth. Our Diversification progress is reflected in our brand composition - Experis and Talent Solutions represented 43% of our gross profit in 2022, up from 35% in 2019.
