Non-recurring engineering development costs contributed to TI $ 835 $ 500  
Non-recurring engineering costs, description Under the terms of the NN1003 Agreement, we also will reimburse ST Microelectronics a non-recurring engineering fee of $5.00 per each of the first 10,000 units sold. As of September 30, 2019, we had reimbursed for 1,832 units under the NN1003 Agreement. Under the terms of the NN1002 Agreement, we agreed to pay TI $500,000 of non-recurring engineering costs at the rate of $0.25 per ASIC for each of the first 2 million ASICs sold. As of September 30, 2019, we had made no payments to TI under the NN1002 Agreement. We paid a total of $835,000 of the non-recurring.
