On May 27, 2008, Mr. Inglehart exercised options for 20,000 shares of Tejas common stock and paid Tejas $25,000 for such shares. Immediately after exercising such options for 20,000 shares of Tejas common stock, Mr. Inglehart transferred the 20,000 shares of Tejas common stock to the Inglehart Family Trust for no consideration. Mr. Inglehart is the trustee of the Inglehart Family Trust and certain immediate family members are beneficiaries of the trust.
