(b)           On May 14, 2008, Dennis Punches tendered his resignation, to be effective May 15, 2008, from his position as a director of Tejas Incorporated.  Mr. Punches informed Tejas Incorporated that he resigned in order to devote more time to his other professional and personal demands.
