This supplement provides new and additional information beyond that contained in the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus and SAI and should be read in conjunction with the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus and SAI.
At a meeting held on June 8, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Trust approved the reduction of the fund’s management fee and the fund’s shareholder servicing fee, and a new expense limitation. These changes, which are summarized below, will be effective on June 27, 2022.

Accordingly, the following changes to the Summary Prospectus, Statutory Prospectus and SAI are effective June 27, 2022:
