Financial instruments measured at fair value on a recurring basis
d.Fair Value Measurements.  To prioritize the inputs the Company uses in measuring fair value, the Company applies a three-tier fair value hierarchy. These tiers include: Level 1, defined as observable inputs such as quoted prices in active markets; Level 2, defined as inputs other than quoted prices in active markets that are either directly or indirectly observable; and Level 3, reflects management’s best estimate of what market participants would use in pricing the asset or liability at the measurement date. Consideration was given to the risk inherent in the valuation technique and the risk inherent in the inputs to the model.  Determining which hierarchical level an asset or liability falls within requires significant judgment.  The Company evaluates its hierarchy disclosures each quarter.  The following table summarizes the financial instruments measured at fair value in the Consolidated Balance Sheet as of June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013:
