Contingencies – Litigation From time to time, the Company is involved in litigation relating to claims arising out of its operations in the normal course of business. At March 31, 2013, the Company was not engaged in any legal proceedings that are expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a material adverse effect on its operations.
