Our primary equipment supplier, SMART Technologies, reduced our business credit line from $1,000,000 to $350,000 after we paid them in full in April 2023. As a result, after reaching the reduced balance, our wholly owned subsidiary SMARTSolution Technologies, Inc. (“SST”) experienced a credit freeze with the vendor during the three-month period ended June 30, 2023. The credit freeze prohibited SST from delivering products to customers, which adversely impacted revenues in the period. We recently secured purchase order financing to address this shortfall, and the vendor has released all pending orders for shipment.
