ITEM 8.01 Other Events

 

2050 Motors, Inc. has incorporated FOMO CORP with the State of Wyoming. The business has been formed for the purpose of creating and deploying a global streaming platform for video, audio and multimedia content targeting the mass market for customers seeking alternatives to traditional cable and media networks similar to networks currently owned and operated by ROKU, Amazon and Google. 2050 intends to marry the platform to its adult social network, Kanab.Club, and proliferate a leading destination for social interaction among global subscribers seeking an alternative to mainstream social networks such as Facebook and SNAP. 2050 has engaged CSC Analytics, a Baltimore, MD based IT and tech consultancy for development of the platform and projects completion within 4 months. Further, 2050 hereby announces its intention to change its corporate name to FOMO CORP and intends to file appropriate paperwork with FINRA and the Secretary of State of California immediately.
