Subsequent Events On September 18, 2013, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per Class A and Common share in respect of the second quarter of fiscal 2014. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2013 to stockholders of record on October 31, 2013.
