Subsequent Events On September 19, 2012, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.125 per Class A and Common share in respect of the second quarter of fiscal 2013. The dividend is payable on December 17, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2012.
