Subsequent Event On December 14, 2011, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.125 per Class A and Common share in respect of the third quarter of fiscal 2012. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on January 31, 2012.
