Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 23, 2014, the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of $0.150 per Class A and Common share in respect of the first quarter of fiscal 2015. The dividend is payable on September15, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014.
