| Item 8.01 | Other Events. |
On November 16 and 17, 2021, DarkPulse, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), will be holding a shareholder event at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is not a shareholder meeting and no official business will be conducted during the event. This will be an opportunity for shareholders of the Company to meet management in person and receive information about the Company. Shareholders may register for the event at https://darkpulse.com/darkpulse-las-vegas-event-november-2021/. The Company’s management looks forward to the event and meeting the Company’s shareholders.
